Today is our extra/bonus day for February – Happy 29th Feb – once every 4 years! A special day to officially start my weekly newsletter? 🙂  

Thursday Tips or [TT] – as my thanks to you for joining my mailing list, I commit to delivering you bitesize, useful tips on Thursdays.

In my recent free webinar on overcoming migraines though lifestyle and holistic measures, I talked about the importance of balancing your autonomic nervous system.  

This could be through mindfulness and breathwork practices. 

I invite you to take a mindful moment now (well, after reading this section of the email!) 

  • Observe your body’s position as you read this e.g. sitting on your chair
  • Notice the sensation of your feet on the ground, seat on the chair, hands on the mouse/ phone
  • Notice your breath, allow this to settle, and for the next 3-5 breaths, slowly extend the exhale to be longer than your inhale.
