There are two parts to developing a good habit 1️⃣ Start🌟 2️⃣Continue!🌟 😊 However, have you wanted to start a new habit and it just never the right time, or it’s too much effort? You like the idea of a healthy habit, but you just don’t seem to get round to it? I get it! This is my recent release, and I’m so glad to hear people are finding it very interesting so far! It’s a workbook style guide that provides relevant interesting information, and has a really practical and kind approach, for people who want to reduce their UPF, which will help with their gut-brain health, and other benefits including metabolic and heart health, weight management, and mood.
