Have you heard of VILPAs?

It’s Thursday again!

Are you surprised by how quickly time flies sometimes?

So who or what is VILPA?

When I first heard of VILPA, I thought it was a scooter (like Vespa) 🛵

VILPA = vigorous intermittent lifestyle physical activity, in short bouts (≤1 and ≤2 minutes). For example: brisk walk up stairs, or running for a bus.

Recent large studies showed that 3 to 4 minutes of VILPA daily may be associated with a decreased cancer risk and reduced all-cause mortality risk by 25-30%.

What about your brain health?

Physical activity increases Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factors (BDNF), which in turn improves mood, learning, and memory.

Physical activity is one of the foundational aspects of building brain resilience, a key concept in my mentorship, effectively relieving migraines, medication-free.

My next Mastery over Migraines free 45-min webinar is in 10 days.

Tuesday, 26th March at 7:30pm GMT.

The last webinar 2 months ago, scored on average 9.7/10 by attendees, with positive feedback, e.g.:

“Fantastic presentation, was a nice mix of level for healthcare professional and patients

“A good summary, very clear, easy to listen style.

“Very helpful tips on managing migraines, and insight into the features and causes of migraines”

Some requests on areas to focus on for the next migraine webinar include gut health, glucose, physical activity, sleep. These build brain resilience and improve migraines. Let me know if you have a specific request and I’ll focus on the most requested one.

Newsflash: By registering for the upcoming migraine webinar, you will receive a bonus related to an upcoming 21-day Sleep Sprint. More about this soon!

Wishing you some good VILPAs today,
